The municipalities of Bornem and Puurs-Sint-Amands are currently working on a thorough renewal of the 3 existing mountain bike routes Klein-Brabant (Bornem and Puurs-Sint-Amands). The new routes will normally be marked out by the beginning of May '25. The arrows of the current red, green and blue routes will be removed in the coming weeks to avoid confusion. The 3 new loops of approximately 32 km each will undoubtedly provide you with even more mountain bike fun soon. The mountain bike route Klein Brabant offers a varied course with 98 km, divided over 3 loops. Farm roads, forest paths, single tracks and gravel paths alternate. In total, the route is 58% unpaved. The red and blue loops also offer a Bike Park close to the route. Large parts of the route are also extremely suitable for gravel bikes. There are few elevation meters, but due to its distance, variety and surface, this route is sufficiently challenging and almost always easy to ride. On the blue loop there is also a challenging technical loop to be found. In addition, you can also make the connection with the mountain bike routes of Willebroek, Londerzeel and via the ferry service with the route of Hamme.
