Palatinate Forest
The Palatinate Forest (Pfälzerwald) is the largest interconnected forestal area of Germany and is known for its beautiful nature, historic sights and its many hike and bike trails. The Palatinate forest is home to more than 900 kilometers of mountainbiking trails in hilly and challenging terrain. The difficulty of the routes varies from beginner (blue) to expert (black) and most of the longer routes are eight-shaped, making it easy to cut your ride in half. In short, the Palatinate Forest is an excellent mountain biking destination for every rider!
