I have ridden this route several times in the meantime. In the summer (or in dry conditions) it is not much use in terms of technology. Now and then some tree roots in a descent. But usually everyone falls within their level in terms of technology, so this does not cause any problems. In the dry periods I personally missed the challenge. The area is beautiful, there is some climbing ... ideal for a test ride in the east cantons. In the meantime I have also ridden the route several times in wet conditions. Then the route is immediately a bit tougher. Several strips become muddy, so that you are stuck (or have to pedal extra hard) Even then, descents become a bit more interesting with sliding work (depending on the risks you take) I prefer to ride the route in wet conditions to make it more challenging find. The first slope is completely on asphalt and immediately after departure in Burg-Reuland. The 2 other slopes are longer climbs in the forest. It is not a round that goes up and down all the time. The altimeters are really divided over 3 climbs. (although here in this region it is never really, really flat)
