Red MTB sign is not exactly the same as this route! Started route in Rouchehaut. Difficult to find the start: go down the point du vue and its parkings, follow along the turn and take the dirt road down. At the first crossing there is a steep decent with the first sign. RED MTB SIGN. Route goes a lot up and down. Start decent is really steep and had to step down to not risk falling down the slope. In general too much stamina required and too less fun. If you want to have a good training, go for it.
