In this route a lot of work, sit A real pleasure to drive this route. Thanks! The heart rate monitor showed me that there is little room for recovery is just from one to the other bulbs! Especially the dunes and down ride with a view of the lake was enjoying.

Nice route lately made. Increasingly challenging Not seen the latest changes, but it looks on the Internet at least good. Slice through the dunes is fun and can be killing you here if the limit out of yourself. Piece of flat track may not be exciting but it makes for variety. In between some pieces of wood with as highlight the Geuzenbos which makes you challenge yourself :) Few height difference and not really technical (but that will change as shown) but despite that still one of my favorite routes near Rotterdam. Naturally, some weak points. At (long) wet weather, some parts almost impossible to do. Weed / vegetation to grow on the route during the summer and then the route is no fun anymore.

Nice route. Many single tracks, of which over a long sloping embankment. Singletrack by forest is narrow, making it technically up to speed. Good track to train, especially if you are a stretch of beach in tackles. Good hangouts with afspuitmogelijkheden! I would go here though as it has been dry for rain gives a lot of peeing in forest and hills. When it is dry, it is a nice trail. Especially considering the possibilities in this area. Worth it if you live somewhat nearby.
